You're ready to join Builders club. What now?

How can you join a Builders Club?
If you’re a student in middle school/junior high (usually age 12-14) and you want to help others and be a leader, Builders Club is the place for you. Here’s how to join:

If your school or organization has a Builders Club:

  1. Contact the faculty advisor to let them know you want to join. Make sure to find out when and where meetings are held.

  2. Ask your parent or guardian to sign a permission to participate form.

  3. Attend your first meeting!

If your school or organization does not have a Builders Club:

  1. Ask your parent/guardian to help you contact a Kiwanis club in your community. Use the Kiwanis club locator to find one.

  2. Talk with the Kiwanis club president or secretary and ask for their help in starting a club.

If there isn’t a Kiwanis club in the community, email us at  to learn how your school or organization can start a club.
